This page is for my swap partners over on Craftster or elsewhere on the Net. You know who you are!!! I love doing craft swaps but sometimes, I feel like I need extra info on my swap partner. I decided that I'd share info about myself so that others won't feel that way about me.
This is in no certain order. I just typed it up as it came.
I am seriously allergic to honey so please be careful about food items. I also have a strong dislike for smoke smell.
I'm a practical gal. I don't do knick knacks or anything that sits on a shelf. However, wall art is good, very good i.e. I have some bare walls in need of attention.
Personal Favorite colors: jewel tones (especially a deep eggplant purple and dark teal lately), gold and earth tones, I prefer cream or parchment over a pure white.
Bedroom colors - taupe, forest green and burgundy
Main bathroom - taupe with black and cream accents, Japanese themed
Kitchen - medium brown, cucumber green walls and black accents
Living Room - cream, greens (darker shades), rust and black accents
Daughter's room - cornflower yellow, pink and cream
Least favorite colors: neons, pastels (used as primary colors), yellow/pink/orange used as primary colors, I can tolerate those last three for very light highlight colors, but that's about it.
Favorite patterns - a repeating leaf pattern, wide stripes, plaid in my fav. colors, subtle patterns as opposed to bold "in your face" styles
Least favorite patterns - paisley, gingham, skull and/or crossbones, anything car, motorcycle, or John Deere related
Favorite themes: (All of these need to be family friendly. I have kids and a conservative husband.) Japanese and Middle Eastern cultures, nature (not cutesy forest animals though), Buddha, astronomy and constellations with Orion being my favorite, mythological creatures, classical Winnie the Pooh, Celtic knotwork,
Themes that I can't stand: punk, goth, emo, vampire/werewolf, cutesy/kawaii, anything Disney, zombies or anything normal that has been zombified (leave those poor gingerbread men alone!), girly/lacey/frilly,
